The Greyhounds secured their second win of the season by 40 points to 10 with a strong performance again Old Alleyanians who included nine former Oxford players in their squad. Both forwards and backs played well and there were a number of quality tries scored, including a length of the field effort finished off by centre Seb Williams, a fine individual 50 metre try by Man of the Match Sean Morris, while Chris Williams (University) scored what must surely be the quickest second half try when he claiemd the kick off to run in unopposed to score under the post in a little under 7 seconds! The Greyhounds host Southampton Medics next Saturday at Iffley Road, kick off 2.30pm.

The Under 21’s travelled to Sandhurst looking for a win after last weeks loss to Bedford Academy and were rewarded with strong all-round performance and a 31 points to 15 win.
Try scorers were prop Ben Symington (Oriel) 2, scrum-half Henry DeBerker (Lincoln), flanker Harry Horner (Pembroke) and wing Robert Humphries (St Edmund Hall). Fly-half Will Dace (Hertford) added three conversions.
