The first of five men’s Varsity Matches gets under way this afternoon when the OURFU Colleges XV take on their Cambridge counterparts at Grange Road, kick off 2.30pm. The twenty-three man squad has representatives from nine different colleges, with Keble supplying the most with six. This year the side will be coached by 2005 OURFC Captain Andy Dalgleish (St Anne’s) who will be assisted by Paddy Shacklady. Oxford won a very close encounter last November at the Christ Church College ground and will be looking to get the ball rolling for 2013 with a win this afternoon.
