The Blues in action against the RAF in January 2012
Tonight at Iffley Road the Blues entertain the RAF in the first fixture of their journey towards Twickenham and the 2014 Varsity Match on Thursday 11th December. With John Carter retired, it is time for the experienced players to stand up and lead the group in a new journey and fortunately coach James Wade has been able to call upon 10 Blues in his starting XV for tonight’s fixture. The bench is a relatively inexperienced group with a mix of U21’s and Colleges XV players, which reflects the club’s policy of looking to develop players from within.
Kick off is 7.15pm with the gates open from 6.00pm. Please note that with all the recent heavy rain, there is even less parking available at the ground  and it will be strictly limited to players, officials and permit holders only.
