Good Lad Initiative is a not-for-profit based in Oxford. Good Lad promotes “positive masculinity” amongst men as a way of tackling complex gender situations. It does this through running workshops for groups of men within a range of environments including sports teams, university colleges and faculties, workplaces and secondary schools.
From delivering workshops to less than a hundred people in 2013 to over 500 people in 2014/15, Good Lad has grown massively over the last few years. BUT it has a lot more growing to do and it needs YOU to make that happen!
We are looking for a Rugby Project Manager. The position is 1 day per week with numeration.
