On Tuesday evening  at Iffley Road the Whippets ended their term in style with a satisfying 32 points to 10 victory of local rivals Oxford Brookes 2nds. Despite the wet and windy conditions the Whippets managed to play some fine attacking rugby building on what they had been doing in their previous games. The forwards set the platform in both the tight and loose, while the backs added a cutting edge that the Brookes players found hard to handle.

The Whippets will now have Christmas and New Year to enjoy some down time, before looking ahead to the semi-final of the Oxfordshire Shield and a visit to local club side Abingdon on the weekend of 2nd/23rd February.
