Despite starting off on the back foot, when the bus taking the squad to Wales arrived 90 minutes late, the Women’s Blues were not to be deterred from their task and produced a strong performance to defeat Swansea University, a side they lost to three times last season by 31 points to 5 earning their second try bonus point win. This second win sees the Blues sit joint top of BUCS Premier South alongside next week’s opponents Cardiff University, an exciting fixture that will take place at Iffley Road on Wednesday kick-off at 2.30pm.
