Gloucester prove too strong for Men’s Blues

The Men’s Blues returned to Iffley Road on Friday night for the second of a run of three fixtures against Premiership Clubs when they welcomed Gloucester. The travelling team were a blend of youth and experience and once again proved a physical challenge to the homes side. Despite another loss, but 43 points to 11 the Blues showed moments of promise and will take a lot from another tough fixture as they continue to build towards December.

The final fixture against Premiership opposition, is this coming Friday when Northampton Saints make the short journey down the A43 to Iffley Road, kick off 7.15pm.
