OURFC is excited to announce that we are officially recruiting for the role of Women's Head Coach. This role is responsible for coordinating coaching across the women’s section (Blues, Panthers and Pumas) to ensure excellence and optimise development, with a specific focus on coaching the Blues (who compete In BUCS Premier South).
We are looking for a coach who can bring energy, focus, intensity and enjoyment to the programme, whilst preserving player values, agency and voice. We look forward to finding a coach who will join us on our journey.
