2007 Men's Blues Captain Joe Roff (Harris Manchester), was appointed Rugby Australia President at the AGM in April. He starts at an exciting time for Australian Rugby, as immediately on the horizon the Wallabies head to France for the 2023 Rugby World Cup this September; in the winter of 2025 the Wallabies host the British & Irish Lions; in October/November 2027 they host the Men's Rugby World Cup; and finally in 2029 they will host the Women's Rugby World Cup.
