the varsity matches 2025
The Varsity Matches are returning to Saracens StoneX Stadium on Saturday, 8th March 2025. Gates will open and entertainment begins at 11am, with the Women*s Match kicking off at 12pm. Between the matches, there will be entertainment from local Oxford and Cambridge student groups, DJs, and performing acts. The Men*s Match will kick off at 3pm. This year, the Olympic Bar, which spans the width of the East Stand at StoneX, will be open until 9pm, with live music and drinks flowing all evening. This will truly not be a day to miss, and a fantastic occasion for the culmination of a successful season for the Blues.

transport to varsity
We have arranged for coaches to pick up supporters at OURFC to take you straight to StoneX. This year you will be able to choose a single ticket (£14) or return ticket (£18), to allow flexibility for those that want to continue the party in London.
Coaches will leave Oxford in three waves, at 10am, 10:30am, and 11am, with the journey taking between an hour and a half and two hours. This is the quickest and cheapest option if you are travelling from Oxford!
Departing from StoneX, coaches will begin loading from 6pm, with the last coach scheduled to leave at 7:30pm. If you would like to take more time to soak in the atmosphere in the Olympic Bar, please select Yes to the option to leave Varsity at 9pm when you book your coach tickets. If there is enough uptake of this option (i.e., enough to fill a coach), we will be in contact with those who chose it to confirm the later leave time. Otherwise, the final coach will leave at 7:30pm sharp.
